A moment to remember

Both sides of the Jizō coin: a smiling face with the words I will guide you, and a path that winds towards the sun.

In your Clearity Care box

A coin to keep.

In every Clearity Care box you will find a small memorial coin with Jizō, a symbol of remembrance in Japanese tradition. It is a heavy metal coin, 30 mm across, in a small white box with a short card about Jizō. It is yours to keep.

If you are worried about your health

Call 112 if you faint, or feel you are about to faint, from blood loss. Call your midwife, GP or the out of hours GP service the same day if you have heavy bleeding, severe pain for two hours or longer, a fever of 38 °C or higher, or a miscarriage without an ultrasound beforehand.

Support for partners

Partners may grieve differently. Each of you can seek support, and talk together about what you need.

Help from the people around you

Ask one person to pass on news, bring food or arrange things, so you need not repeat your story.

A memory, if you would like one

A letter, a candle or an ultrasound image can help you remember. You choose whether and when.
