Privacy notice

Last updated · 8 June 2026

We ask for as little as we can, we tell you plainly what we do with it, and you can change your mind at any time.

Who we are

Clearity Care is a diagnostic service that helps parents understand why a pregnancy ended, combining genetic analysis with high-resolution 3D micro-CT imaging. Our work is anchored in research at Amsterdam UMC. For anything in this notice, you can reach us at natalia.lenshina@clearitycare.com.

What we collect

When you contact us through the form on our website, we collect only what you choose to share:

We do not collect special-category or medical data through this website. Any clinical information is handled separately, under a dedicated consent process, and is never gathered through this form.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to keep you informed about our progress if you have asked us to, and to improve how we support families. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our legal basis

We process your information on the basis of your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. You can withdraw your consent at any time — see your rights below.

Who can see it

Your information is seen only by the people at Clearity Care who need it to respond to you, and by the trusted service providers who help us run our systems under a data-processing agreement. We will only share it more widely if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to help you, and no longer than necessary. If you ask us to delete it, we will, and we will confirm within five working days.

Where it is held

We aim to keep your information within the European Economic Area. Where a provider sits outside it, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Keeping it safe

We protect your information with appropriate technical and organisational measures. No system is perfect, but we treat your trust as seriously as we treat our science.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

To exercise any of these, write to us at natalia.lenshina@clearitycare.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will let you know directly where we can.
